If used correctly they will lower the resistance you have towards yourself and allow you to enjoy the confidence and self esteem you always wanted.
That’s all great, but if you don’t practice using them, nothing much will happen. You can live in theory land all you want. But until you get your hands dirty and start using them daily, you won’t see any results.
Practice daily and preferably at the same hour. This will put you in the habit of working with affirmations and will lead to fast results.
Another hindering factor is trying to jump over your own beliefs. Using an affirmation for self esteem such as “Every woman I meet enjoy my company immensely” Is a nice thought, but is it believable to you? If not, then this is not a good affirmation at the moment.
Choose something that is closer to home base, once you get better at using them, pick something more challenging.
I would recommend that before you even stat choosing your affirmations for self esteem, that you spend some time thinking about where you are right now and where you want to be in the future. Search your heart to understand what you feel is lacking in your life right now.
Sometimes people just start using affirmations missing what their heart truly wants. Subsequently they waste allot of time and energy imprinting a sentence that they don’t even want.
Get your hands dirty and try different methods, there is no such thing as failing. Every time you “fail” you just know more clearly what you do want. I learned my biggest lessons in life from failing.
